I dropped my truck off early in the morning for an alignment and was told I’d get a call today when it’s ready for pickup. 4:30pm I’m off work and walk over to the shop & they are closed and I’m left stranded outside on a hot muggy evening after a long 10 hour day of electrical work. A simple heads up so I could make other arrangements would have made a world of difference. I checked my phone records and didn’t miss a single call all day.

Calling this great customer service would be an understatement. Percy was absolutely outstanding. We were on our way to Busch Gardens when we discovered that one of our tires had been damaged, gone completely flat, and couldn’t be repaired. Since we aren’t local to the area, having to make an unexpected detour to deal with the tire issue added even more stress to our trip. Before coming here, we visited three other shops. They were either too busy to help or seemed completely uninterested in earning our business. Percy was different. He was professional, honest, and efficient from the moment we arrived. He wasted no time assessing the situation and getting things taken care of. His communication was straightforward, his pricing was fair, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. This business combines professionalism with genuine Southern hospitality, which is becoming harder and harder to find. If you’re looking for tire or other automotive service, don’t waste your time shopping around like we did. Start here. You won’t be disappointed.

What a great experience. Changed out 6 RV tires. The crew was very professional and careful with our coach, inflating to our requested pressure. Rob in the office was super friendly and guided us in the process, a lot of good information. The replacement only took an hour and a half. This should be your go to place for new tires, you will not be disappointed

We brought our Motorhome for new tires. Robbie and his staff were wonderful to work with. We were informed of every step in process and received great customer service! We will definitely purchase tires from them in the future!

Does a astronomical!!! Tires is truly what they do and they do it right everytime! The staff are friendly, seasoned and informative. They work around the clock with you! I highly recommend colony if you feel your old tire servicing company isn't cutting you a good deal for some name brand tires.
